Glitter Not Gold in Hong Kong, Heads Back to U.K.

One night in Bangkok...was all the Thai people could stomach of Gary Glitter. Though that's apparently one night more than Hong Kong could handle.
After getting deported from Vietnam, denied entry into Thailand, rejected from Hong Kong and sent dejectedly (and just as unwelcome) back to Bangkok, the erstwhile British glam rocker has finally agreed, basically by process of elimination, to return to his native England.
The 64-year-old '80s star found himself racking up the frequent flier miles this week in the wake of his release, after nearly three years, from a Vietnam prison, where he was serving time for child molestation.
So far, a total of 19 nations have preemptively announced they will not grant him entry.
