Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake are scheduled to perform with Madonna at a Los Angeles concert.

"If Justin and Britney end up on that stage with her ... I don't know if I've ever seen anything quite like that before," , Ryan Seacrest said on a KIIS-FM radio show Wednesday morning.

Spears and Timberlake were both Mouseketeers on TV's "The New Mickey Mouse Club" in the early 1990s and later dated for several years, splitting up in 2002.
