New Photos: Did Octomom Have A Tummy Tuck?

Nadya Suleman and two of her older children, were spotted leaving home on Thursday afternoon.  I must say, octomom is looking rather fit for just popping 8 babies two months ago!  Seriously, have we forgotten that photo of a hugely pregnant Nadya?  Based on that picture alone, it would seem almost impossible to have such a flat belly ever again, let alone just a few short weeks after giving birth to so many babies.  Did she have a tummy tuck?  here
