After weeks lounging around the beach in the Costa Del Sol, it was back to reality with a thud for Oasis star Liam Gallagher.

The singer was spotted jogging near his North London home in an apparent effort to shed the paunch he acquired on his recent summer jaunt with wife Nicole Appleton.

His punishing fitness kick comes as his band Oasis is gearing up to tour later this year.

Liam, along with brother Noel, is expected to launch a 12-month tour in the UK before heading off across the globe.
