Richard Heene On “Fake Boobs” (YouTube Rant)

Check out Richard Heene, the storm-chasing mastermind behind last week’s Balloon Boy Hoax, in this undated YouTube rant about the perils of breast implants.



Investigators in Colorado say they want to question an associate of Heene after e-mails surfaced showing the two had discussed a balloon hoax months ago as part of a public relations campaign for Heene reality TV show.
