Fans were shocked by the photos, which included Miley blowing kisses at the camera while baring her midriff. For now though, the teen sensation can rest easy - the hacker who stole the photos from her email account has been caught.
Josh Holly, 19, told Wired.com that the FBI raided his home in Murfreesboro, Tenn. and took three computers and a cell phone.
"I was just kind of shaking. I was thrown way off guard," he tells Wired.com. "I guess somebody ended up ratting me out."

At the time, Miley apologized to her fans, saying the pictures were "silly, inappropriate shots." She was also photographed shirtless for the cover of Vanity Fair by Annie Leibowitz, causing a fresh storm of controversy.
Maybe it's time to take a break from photography, Miley?
