They're always up for a publicity opportunity, and last night (May 13) Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt were spotted hitting up the Maxim 10th Annual Hot 100 Celebration at Barker Hangar in Santa Monica.
The "Hills" hotties looked to be enjoying themselves as they hammed it up on the red carpet, with Heidi sporting a sexy white minidress with silver heels, while Spencer donned a grey suit.
