Heidi Montag ticking off Miss Universe Pageant.

Heidi Montag and Spencer are making a mockery out of the Miss Universe Pageant, which is scheduled to happen at the Atlantis Island resort in the Bahamas on Sunday night. Apparently Spencer wants to be paid to lay out at the pool and Heidi can't seem to make rehearsal. One good note in all of this? She does look good in the sweats.
