Apparently, as part of Heidi Montag and Spencer McDouche's fake divorce settlement they had to exchange dogs outside, in front of the paparazzi, shirtless and/or pantless. I'm not a legal expert, but I've watched enough Law & Order to know that this seems a bit odd.
