Helen Phillips, a 48-year-old mother of three, nudged out Mike Morelli (at 18 the youngest player in the show's history) and former model Tara Costa on the live Holllywood finale of The Biggest Loser: Couples.

Helen won the title of "Biggest Loser" and the $250,000 grand prize by losing the highest percentage of starting body-weight.

Helen who entered the competition at 257 pounds, shed 140 to finish out at 117
