Last week, tensions between players on both teams increased during an intense dinner service that sent an otherwise lackluster Tiffany home. This week on
Hell's Kitchen, both kitchens come to a screeching halt during a Southern themed dinner service sending a HK favorite home.
After elimination, Kimmie sheds tears over her close pal Tiffany's Hell's Kitchen demise. She is still furious that Barbie is still in Hell's Kitchen and
Robyn hopes she can rekindle their friendship over their shared hatred for Barbie.

The next day, Gordon presents the teams with a Southern Cuisine challenge with a big southern church choir. Kimmie who is from the south is particularly enthusiastic about this challenge. Each member will go head to head with a chef from the other team. One will pick a choir member holding a blue fan who will provide them with a classic southern dish to cook and the other chef will pick another choir member with a red fan with a classic southern side dish.

Barbie picks Clamenza to compete with. She chooses catfish and Clamenza chooses collard greens. Brian chooses the Grand Poobah of southern cooking, Kimmie, and chooses pork chop. Kimmie picks grits and is super confident. Christina picks fried chicken and Justin picks mac and cheese. Dana and
Robyn choose meatloaf and sweet potato. The chefs have 30 minutes to put together their dishes.

The chefs present their dishes to Gordon and editor and chief of Epicurious.com, Tanya Steel.

Clamenza and Barbie serve their catfish and collard greens dishes. Both dishes impress but Clamenza's falls just a little short and Barbie wins the point.
