Hell's Kitchen Recap 7/9/12 10 Chefs Compete

Last week, though it was members of the red team who were fighting relentlessly, both teams had an abysmal steak night dinner service, which caused Gordon to make significant changes. Tonight on Hell's Kitchen, the ladies enjoy a Robyn-less dinner service while the men find her to be a valuable asset.
The ladies continue to celebrate the exile of Robyn from their team and toast to a clean slate. Meanwhile, the men reluctantly welcome her but she declares not only to work harder than the members of her new team but not to "stab anyone in the back" while doing it.

The next day, Gordon presents both teams with another Vegas themed challenge where each team must work together to produce one stellar dish. But first they must play the Hell's Kitchen's version of craps where each member of the teams will roll a dice with various letters written on them. With whatever letter they roll, they must come up with an ingredient that starts with that letter. The men roll first and unfortunately draw blanks. They end up with heirloom tomatoes, daikon, dragonfruit, edamame and chicken.
