Authorities have determined that Shia LaBeouf was not at fault for an early morning accident in Los Angeles. They are now saying that the oncoming car that hit Shia's truck had run a red light and that the Indiana Jones actor was not intoxicated. He was, however, caught red handed with Isabel Lucas in the wee hours on a Sunday morning. She's been identified as being the passenger who climbed out of the totaled truck. All this is news to her boyfriend - Adrian Grenier...
