It's official: Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt will wed -for real this time -in a ceremony in Los Angeles this Saturday.

According to the Associated Press, executive producers of The Hills made the announcement to a crowd at the William S. Paley Television Festival in Los Angeles on Tuesday night. They also added that a film crew wil be on hand to film the ceremony for an upcoming episode of the unscripted
