Alec Baldwin took his pants off on Letterman to show off his weight loss and David was feeling left out so he decided to drop trou. When Dave dropped his pants, he got embarrassed that people would see his junk-funny he wasn't embarrassed when his young staffer saw his junk. Ha. Alec's reaction to Dave's pants drop was pretty funny because I don't think he was expecting it.
