Chloe Sevigny is reportedly in final negotiations to appear in Season 2 of "American Horror Story." According to EW, Sevigny would play Shelly, a nymphomaniac who is one of Jessica Lange's character's mortal enemies. The former "Big Love" star isn't the only new cast member headed to the FX drama.
