Jade Goody is laying out plans for the care of her two sons in case she loses her cancer battle.
The desperately-ill star is sorting things out with lover Jack Tweed, 21, her mum Jackiey and the kids' dad Jeff Brazier, 29.
All three have agreed to help care for Bobby, five, and Freddie, four.
