James Bond to Return in 2012

Just in: Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer announced that the 23rd James Bond movie is a go! The film will begin production later this year for a Nov. 9, 2012 premiere, reports USA TODAY's Susan Wloszczyna.

Daniel Craig will return as the legendary British secret agent, with Sam Mendes directing. Neal Purvis, Robert Wade and John Logan will write the screenplay.
