Nightlife scribes and Manhattan tastemakers aren't too pleased with MTV's Jersey Shore troupe invading their precious $20-a-drink haunts. The tan trinity of MTV, Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi, Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino and DJ Pauly have been granted entrance to spots-through their celebrity-that were once off limits to the people Manhattanites affectionately refer to as "B&Ts
