Jill Zarin Gets Plastic Surgery?

"Real Housewives of NYC" star Jill Zarin showed off a new, younger look at the 9th Annual TV Land Awards at the Javits Center on April 10, 2011 in New York City. People are buzzing as to whether or not Zarin went under the knife to achieve this look. Some say her face looks a little tighter than in the past. Zarin denies any surgery. What do you think?
