Jimmy Kimmel is coming to the rescue of the Emmy nominations.
Nick Offerman of Parks and Recreation was to join Scandal star Kerry Washington in announcing top nominees for this year's Emmy Awards early Thursday morning (July 19) in Los Angeles.
But the TV academy says that Nick "regretfully" won't be on hand for the televised event because of weather-related travel delays on the East Coast.
