Fashion Police Captain Joan Rivers tells In Touch who is on her most wanted list!

Despite her Oscars and unparalleled skill, Joan has a hanger to pick with Meryl Streep. "I would raid her closet to fix it," Joan told In Touch at an event for designer Dennis Basso. "She doesn't care about fashion."

But Joan did give three other leading ladies high marks. "Halle Berry and Cate Blanchett take chances and so does Sarah Jessica Parker," she raves.
