Joe Francis, Freed For Now

Girls Gone Wild founder, Joe Francis, was in court again on Wednesday, and this time he showed up on time!

As we've previously mentioned, Joe was hours tardy for his first federal tax evasion hearing last week and was subsequently placed on house arrest.

At yesterday's hearing, Joe was able to get his house arrest thrown out by the judge!

He brought his Dr. to court, and the doc testified that the GGW mastermind was late to his first
