Joe Francis Under House Arrest

Alleged tax evader Joe Francis was released from federal custody on Tuesday, but he is now under house arrest.

As we mentioned previously, he was arrested for failing to show up for a previously scheduled court appointment on Monday. He eventually did show - 5 hours late! - and claimed he was sick.

Well, he's gonna be even sicker now!

The Girls Gone Wild founder will be electronically monitored from home.

Francis is expected back in court
