Joe Jonas follows in Victoria Beckham's steps

Paula Abdul's vacant seat is so tempting.

According to People, Joe Jonas from Jonas Brothers will co-judge on American Idol during the show's Texas audition on August 24, 2009.

His rep confirmed to the publication that Joe will become the first announced male guest judge in the show's ninth season.

Hope he won't be very strict.
