John Mayer Looking Rough Outside Katsuya

I know there's some John Mayer fans around here so I'm curious, what do you think of this new look he's been sporting lately?
Is there a reason for it or is he just going for something different? I haven't paid much attention to him lately or what he has going on and I'm too lazy to do any sort of research on him tonight, so that's all you're going to get from me!
