Joss Whedon's Dr. Horrible Sequel To Be A Feature Film

According to John Barrowman's Big Gay Nemesis, Neil Patrick Harris, when he returns as Joss Whedon's Dr. Horrible, it's going to be in a feature film. What's more, he doesn't think the record-breaking online distribution of part one is going to apply next time either. Is he thinking they're going for a theatrical release?
