Justin Bieber Pulled Over & Ticketed For Speeding

Police pulled Justin Bieber over for going 80 mph on the highway and actually gave him a ticket. LA City Councilman, Dennis Zine, witnessed the incident and says the Biebs was driving like a maniac:
