Kate and Wills raise 1million in one afternoon

THE DUKE and Duchess Of Cambridge raised nearly ?1million for charity in one extraordinary afternoon during their visit to Los Angeles last year.

Enthusiasts paid ?60,000 each to play in a polo tournament in Santa Barbara alongside William, while another 600 guests, including stars Billy Zane and Jennifer Love Hewitt, paid ?2,500 each for lunch.
