Katy Perry: Scarlett Inspired "I Kissed a Girl"

Katy Perry is kissing and telling about who prompted her to write her hit summer song.
"'I Kissed a Girl' was inspired when I opened up a magazine and I saw a picture of Scarlett Johansson," she tells the latest issue of Steppin' Out magazine.
She continued, "I was with my boyfriend at the time, and I said to him, 'I'm not going to lie: If Scarlett Johansson walked into the room and wanted to make out with me, I would make out with her. I hope you're okay with that?'
(In real life, Perry - who said she also wants to kiss Miley Cyrus - is dating Gym Class Heroes singer Travis McCoy. She even wears a promise ring.)
Perry isn't the only celeb wild about Johansson, who was named Esquire's "sexiest woman alive" in 2006.
Kanye West recently announced on his Web site that the 23-year-old actress is his "favorite white girl" and posted dozens of photos of her.
Gossip Girl star Ed Westwick also gushed about the actress after she got engaged to Ryan Reynolds.
"Damn, I'm very disappointed!" he reported. "I missed my chance. That boat has sailed!
