The girls of MTV's 'The City' (Tue., 10:30PM on MTV) are usually so pristene that viewers could never see them suggesting an artist wear clothing made from trashbags for a photo shoot.

But that's exactly what happened when trash-pop sensation Ke$hA showed up to Elle magazine.
