Keira Knightley was spotted attending the premiere after party of the movie The Young Victoria. She attended the event with one of the film's star and her current boyfriend, Rupert Friend. It was held at the Kensington Palace in London, England earlier this year.

The 2009 film is a movie that follows the life of young Queen Victoria. It focuses on her early reign and romance with Prince Albert in the year 1830's.
