Kelly & Her New Baby

Cutie Kelly Osbourne was spotted yesterday with her new Shiba Inu puppy.

The two were heading to a medical center in Beverly Hills.

But, like the child of rock royalty, Kelly couldn't let her pup's paws touch the dirty sidewalk.

So, she carried him instead!

Also, nice to see she's still wearing her Engagement Ring to younger fiance Luke Worrell, the hottie model.
