As we mentioned earlier this month, Kirsten Dunst actually had a stalker.

Some creepy dude was found trespassing on the "actress'" canyon property in the Hollywood Hills. And the trespasser had done it before.

Well, good news for Kiki.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Richard E. Rico granted Drunkst a retraining order against a 25 year-old delusional Christopher R. Smith.

Smith has been ordered to stay away from Drunkst, as well as her personal assistant, her home, and any place she
