Kim Kardashian Sues Old Navy Over Model Look-Alike

For Kim Kardashian, imitation isn't the highest form of flattery. The reality star has sued Old Navy and its parent company, The Gap Inc., for using a look-alike to promote the store's clothes, The Associated Press reports. According to the lawsuit filed in Los Angeles federal court, Kardashian claims that the ads may confuse consumers into thinking she's endorsing the store's products and that they violate her publicity rights.
