Kourtney Kardashian had a busy day shooting scenes with her little sister Khlo for their reality show, Keeping Up with The Kardashians, at one of their clothing stores in Calabasas, Calif. on Wednesday (October 14).

The mom-to-be, who is expecting her first child in December with boyfriend Scott Disick, recently confirmed they are having a boy: "Scott and I are thrilled to add a little boy to the bunch.
