Lance Armstrong has expressed concerns about his personal safety which is why he is cautious afraid to compete in next years 'Tour de France.'
In an interview with 'The Guardian" Armstrong discussed his concerns and told sources: " There are some aggressive, angry emotions. If you if you believe what you read, my personal safety could be in jeopardy.
