LAPD investigating Eric Dane nekkid tape

The LAPD have confirmed the Eric Dane nekkid tape featuring the Grey's Anatomy star, his wife Rebecca Gayheart and former Miss Teen USA Kari Ann Peniche is under investigation.

Apparently, some unknown source gave the authorities the nekkid DVD on July 30, with a note saying, "the DVD contained images that could link celebrities engaging in illegal activity."

The DVD also contained articles and photographs of porn stars
