It appears that every single one of author Nicholas Sparks' books will become a movie. Director Lasse Hallstrm (chocolat) is currently in talks to helm Relativity's adaptation of Sparks' novel Safe Haven. Hallstrm has some experience with Sparks adaptations, having helmed last year's Dear John starring Amanda Seyfried.
