Lawyer defends picture of Jesse James impersonating a Nazi officer

If there's one thing that Jesse James does best, it's avoiding having to face trouble.

A couple days after James checked into the Arizona rehab facility, the picture shown above, was made public to the viewers. It is of James pretending to be a Nazi soldier and even makes a mustache with his fingers similar to how Hitler looked.
