It's official. LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian are engaged. We know, we reported it before, and she said it was 150 percent untrue. This time it's legit.

"Yes, they were engaged over the holidays and are very happy," her rep says, adding that "family and close friends in town helped them celebrate."

Astoundingly, Eddie Cibrian and LeAnn Rimes were spotted on a Malibu beach on Monday, where she was wearing her giant new Engagement Ring.
