Leighton Meester Causes A Scene In The Hamptons

Just like blair waldorf, Leighton Meester is not one to be outdone. Meester was spending the past weekend in East Hampton, NY and went to Phillippe to celebrate a friend's birthday. Unfortunately, there was another birthday celebration happening at the restaurant, so when it came time for cake, Meester's group tried to out-sing the competition.
