Hard times may be coming to a close for Miss Lindsay Lohan as she was spotted dining with famed director Woody Allen in New York City on Saturday night (May 5).

The 25-year-old actress left the Phillippe Restaurant with his wife, Soon-Yi Previn, looking pretty and professional in a white dress topped with a daisy-print coat.

According to TMZ, this isn't the first time the unlikely pair has wined and dined.
