Lindsay Lohan Avoids Jail And Ordered Not To Drink Alcohol

According to Us Magazine, Lindsay Lohan won't go to jail, at least not right now. She will however go to jail if she doesn't follow the conditions of her bail that was set forth by a Los Angeles judge Monday morning(via Yahoo OMG!).

The actress, 23, showed up to the courtroom 10 minutes late, in which her lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, blamed on a "security issue" with her SUV downstairs.
