Lindsay Lohan Facing Lawsuit Over Unpaid Car Rental Bill

Lindsay Lohan is facing legal action from a former friend who claims the actress owes him more $10,000 in car rental fees.

DeSantis claims Lohan owes his company, Speciality Car Craft, $10,620 for a number of cars she rented in May 2009. With expenses such as towing and detailing, lindsay is running a tab of $12,310.

In March, the troubled former child star, now 23, crashed a luxury Maserati she borrowed from DeSantis - he forgave her

We're hearing that Lindsay Lohan is in talk to appear in the last ever season of Celebrity Big Brother UK, which begins in January 2010. Apparently, producers from Endemol were discussing the details with Hohan in Singapore this week. No news as to whether the actress (tee hee hee) has accepted the offer. If the money is right, we think she'll do it. Not like she has anything better to do anytime soon. Nicky Valentine
