The former Disney actress let loose during her birthday party at the latest Hollywood nightclub, Bootsy Bellows, on Sunday, one day ahead of her actual birthday. Around midnight, the actress, who was dressed in a tight, pink mini dress, hit the new Hollywood hot spot with a group of close friends. A witness noted:
