Not even treatment for exhaustion Friday could keep Lindsay Lohan from partying it up on Saturday night, reports Us Weekly.The 25-year-old actress is back up and running and was spotted partying at the Chateau Marmont until 1 a.m., according to eyewitnesses who told the magazine Lohan was among the last to leave the Chateau's restaurant.
