Lindsay Lohan's brakes failed? (AND she lied?)

Normally, when a story breaks at 5PM on a Friday, it's usually because someone is trying to avoid a whole bunch of bad PR and they figure that two days of nothing will magically wipe it from our memory. (See: NBC firing Dan Harmon, too many celebrity divorces to count!) Sometimes, it's Lindsay Lohan getting into a car accident, because LiLo's driving skills fall somewhere between "sugared-up kid in a bumper car" ...
