Lucy Liu to Play Watson in 'Sherlock Holmes' Series

Lucy Liu will play Watson in a new Sherlock Holmes pilot on CBS, a modernization of the Sir Arthur Connan Doyle novel. She'll be playing Joan Watson while Jonny Lee Miller will play Holmes.
In this version, Joan is a former NYPD consultant who works as a sober companion. Holmes is a recovering addict and former Scotland Yard consultant.
