Mariah Carey Confirmed for 'American Idol'

After all of the judges on American Idol were given their walking papers, rumors started that Mariah Carey was on tap to be one of the judges for next season. Now it's all but confirmed. FOX says Mariah is on board for season 12.
Her salary is expected to be between $12 million and $17 million. For reference, Jennifer Lopez started at $12 million for her first year.
